[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide broadcast video system replacement on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Glastonbury, CT.
- Upgrade systems in Town Council Chambers
- Deploy NDI cameras
- Integrate rooms with Video Conferencing System
- Maintain existing functionality
- Upgrade Channel Playout – including VOD & Live Streaming
- Integrate with current cable provider, Cox Communications
- Mobile Video Conferencing system – allow for far end to see wide angle of Town Council Chambers (depending on where mobile cart is located), hear in-room audio, & provide far end audio to be heard in Town Council Chambers.
- Mount new 32-inch monitor on back wall – same location as current – for video return feed (alternate)
- Mount new large monitor to replace projector & screen – on right wall close to dais (65”)
- Option: this monitor could be used for Video Conferencing system
- Pull & terminate cabling to support content display
- Mobile Video Conferencing system – install wall plate for connectivity to Control Room at location mutually agreed upon between the Town and the selected Vendor that will suffice as best location for Mobile system.
