[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting engineering services like Wastewater Treatment Plant and Process Design Services,
- SCADA Design and Integration,
- Wastewater treatment plant and collection system operations support services,
- Funding, financial and rate projection support services,
- Engineering and construction support services,
- Environmental Compliance Support Services,
- Assist with preparation of operation and capital improvements plans, assisting with identifying project financing alternatives and developing rate projections,
- Energy use improvement projects, Inflow and Infiltration Studies,
- Facility planning and other related services, etc. to the government authority located in Litchfield, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
