[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide visiting nurses association performance review services for Provide industry standard or higher quality services while maintaining a focus on providing a cost-effective service,
- Specific recommendations to increase revenues and reduce costs to minimize the economic impact without compromising quality of care,
- An evaluation of current operations benchmarked against similar home care nursing organizations,
- A benchmark of the current cost structure (including fixed versus variable) against other municipal and private home care organizations,
- A metrics-based reporting model for a home care operation that the could deploy for on-going management,
- Determination of structural options/alternatives (i.e., outsourcing some/all operations, leadership requirements) that comply in all respects with federal/state statutes, regulations,
- Implementing the selected option, if any, etc. to the government authority located in Berlin, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
