[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services to engage city staff and the community in the development of executing both short-term and long-term goals and the establishment of the equity and justice for all commission to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
- Facilitate a community stakeholder analysis, to identify and recommend a list of residents and people from groups, institutions, and organizations that will comprise of the equity and justice for all commission to develop the work plan.
- Establish the infrastructure for the equity and justice for all commission facilitating the development, planning and implementation of an operational and conceptual sustainable framework.
- Engage city leadership and selected departments in building equity into policies and citywide initiatives to enhance internal efforts to achieve equitable workforce and contracting practices in city government.
- Educate key leaders in government and commission members by creating a shared understanding and increased skill set to advance racial equity and justice.
- Facilitate a community engagement strategy to address focused on police interaction and engagement in neighbourhoods of color.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
