[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation services for professional transportation planning and engineering services for an update to the city’s existing transportation master plan to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
- Develop a holistic long-term traffic management and transportation improvement plan,
- The Consultant shall analyze the transportation system for pedestrian, bicycle, transit, and vehicular connectivity and determine gaps
- The Consultant will review existing transportation plans and other studies and reports to develop recommended strategies and policies
- The Consultant will develop a capital improvement plan (constrained by budget) and identify any barriers to or opportunities that would facilitate implementing the plan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12,2020.
