(1) Vendor needs to provide medical, prescription drug, and dental benefits administrative services to administer its current self-insured medical, dental and vision benefit plans for active employees and retirees and their dependents.

- medical benefit administration, pharmacy benefit management and stop loss coverage
- ability to review the appeals process and file an appeal online
- ability to review the waste, fraud and abuse notification process
- ability to access telemedicine service
- capability to automatically match claims with utilization management information both in an out of network.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
