[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide strategic program advisor from qualified municipal advisory firms to provide advice and program implementation ideas on the management of its existing single family and multifamily programs and the establishment of new single family and multifamily programs.
- Review of the current program guidelines for the Authority’s single family and multifamily programs.
- Review of the Authority’s current strategic plan.
- Feedback, advice and recommendations on ways to achieve sustainable programs that may include alternative capital sources.
- Assistance with the consideration of program and financing options intended to increase the delivery and sustainable financing of single family and multifamily affordable housing.
- Provide implementation advice, where necessary, in the structure of new programs and financing mechanisms.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
