[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide to redesign our municipal website to one that’s more user-friendly, simple to use, visually pleasing, and consistent with today’s website standards using content management system.
- A website that is approachable and easy to use.
● Quality navigation
● Easy to read and understand
● Attractive and approachable
● Ability to quickly access what you need
- A website that is representative of the Manchester brand and visually appealing.
● Look and feel that is modern and in line with the Manchester brand.
● Look and feel that meets today’s website’s standards.
● Aesthetics that feel simple and clean.
- A website that is thoughtful, speedy, and seamless.
● Seamless and speedy interactive feeling.
● Attractive and easy to use functionality.
● Thoughtfully placed call to actions (CRO) and visible search ability.
- A website that is inclusive, translatable, and easily accessible to all.
● Mobile-first.
● Device friendly (mobile, tablet, etc.)
● Accessible on multiple browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge)
- A website that is accessible for all ages, races, ethnicities, genders, etc.
● Web design that takes diversity into account and showcases inclusivity in our community.
- A website that is easy to understand and navigate.
● Thoughtful site navigation based on the evaluation of the site map.
● Prioritized information on the homepage based on user behaviors and needs.
● User-friendly nomenclature throughout the site
● Template designed pages for Department/Division
- A website that allows for easy integrations and future project impacts.
● Created as the central hub of information and set up with flexibility to grow and evolve in the future (i.e new CRM integrations, changes in brand identity, etc.)
● Ability to either work with our CMS Mura or recommend a CMS based on our needs.
● Ability to integrate with a CMS that is user-friendly and WYSIWYG
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2020

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
