[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide quality assurance services to ensure the accuracy, integrity and fidelity in the administration of assessment tools and delivery of evidence-based services by staff and its contracted community-based vendors to the government authority located in Connecticut.
- Services to be quality assured include but are not limited to risk assessment tools, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural group interventions and case management.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2020.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
