[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide grant scholarship program services will ensure the program’s adherence to the grants’ stated activities and goals to the government authority located in Connecticut.
- This will include developing a longitudinal plan for all three institutional locations. The evaluation must be both formative and summative based on sound evaluation principles. Specifically, the external evaluator will be responsible for the following tasks as they pertain to all project objectives.
a. Documenting qualifications for program personnel
b. Evaluating student selection and progress monitoring
c. Evaluating fidelity of stated interventions
d. Coordination with the research component of the program
e. Creating instruments and processes to conduct evaluations
f. Providing data analysis and formative and summative reports
- The time commitment properly evaluate the MS SE Scholarship Program includes:
a. Between 80 and 100 days per year
b. Travel to CCSU
c. Coordination with the Principal Investigator

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
