[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting, engineering and construction services in design-build renovation and upgrade HVAC system including all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, control systems and removal/repair and addition to architectural building elements needed in order to provide for a fully functional systems or fully integrating upgrades to existing HVAC systems that functions with the balance of the existing HVAC system to the government authority located New Fairfield, CT.
- The design work shall include, but not be limited to, performing all mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plumbing engineering, controls engineering, and design of demolition work etc.
- Vendor needs to provide temporary removal and reinstallation or patch/repair, meet with building maintenance personnel to discuss the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls systems locations and conditions, and create 3 background drawings in AutoCAD for the space layout, configuration and location of existing HVAC system located in both buildings from field gathered information and measurements.
- The design-build team shall prepare and submit to the Owner, their own independent cooling and heating load calculations based on building orientation, existing building envelope, the number of people occupying the building, lighting fixtures, field surveys, and equipment load information to be provided by the owner.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting that will be held October 9, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
