[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide labor and employee relations is required to provide legal advice and counsel to the town manager, director of human resources and others as expressly authorized on a variety of matters pertaining to labor, personnel and employee relations,
- The delivery of legal services is coordinated through the town manager and may only be requested by the town manager and director of human resources as authorized by the town manager,
- Compliance with state and federal employment laws, including, but not limited to, FMLA, ADA, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FLSA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, OHSA, and ACA,
- Unemployment benefits, Discrimination, harassment,
- Reasonable accommodations, Wage, hour and overtime standards,
- Grievance processing, Arbitration,
- Collective bargaining and labor contract application interpretation,
- Litigation and binding arbitration,
- Termination practices, workplace policies and procedures,
- Be accessible to the Town Manager and Director of Human Resources to provide legal assistance and counsel as applicable, etc. to the government authority located in Rocky Hill, CT.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
