Government Authority located in Norwalk, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for indoor air quality design and engineering services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide indoor air quality design and engineering services to analyze the current IAQ conditions relating to unit ventilators in the 1200 wing and utility tunnels which serve the first floor areas to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
- Architectural and engineering design services: Services to include, but not be limited to architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering services, and plumbing.
- Reimbursable expenses: There are no reimbursable expenses, respondents shall include all costs including but not limited to mileage, printing, copying, long distance phone or fax, postage, and overnight delivery services.
- Construction Document Phase Deliverables: based on the design development phase approvals, the selected shall prepare complete construction documents. Services shall include, but are not limited to the preparation and submission of final plans, drawings, documentation, specifications and details, and administration of the contract for bidding and construction, all state and local governmental approval processes required and shall require the successful respondent to attend and participate at meetings of various committees and groups.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on September 15, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
