Government Authority located in Stratford, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for tree and stump removal waste wood reduction service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide tree and stump removal waste wood reduction service to the government authority located in Stratford, CT.
- The Town is requesting a lump sum bid for the reduction of estimated 7,500 (+/-) cubic yards of wood waste debris associated with seasonal weather storms throughout the year. Note this quantity is estimated and subject to change based on the category and severity of the actual storm event.
- All wood debris shall be removed from the property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal permits/regulations.
- Any debris that is not suitable for grinding and that is co-mingled with the wood waste shall be separated from the waste stream and stockpiled for disposal by Contractor.
- The wood waste debris is currently stockpiled on a level asphalt parking lot that is protected with an 8-foot high chain link fence.
- The equipment shall be delivered on dates as directed by the Conservation Superintendent or designee. The Contractor shall be provided minimum of two days’ notice for delivery.
