[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide increasing the supply of and encouraging and assisting in the purchase, development, and construction of housing for low and moderate income families and persons throughout the State to the government authority located in Connecticut.
- Purchase corresponding CHFA second mortgage loans and service the loans in accordance with its guidelines.
- Performing all servicing activities based on the guidelines and requirements of CHFA, FHA, VA, USDA/RD, and private mortgage insurance, as applicable.
- Creating custom pools such as GNMA II or FNMA Majors.
- Creating small pools (less than $500,000) subject to GNMA, FNMA or FHLMC approval.
- Executing FNMA and FHLMC Buy Ups or Downs.
- Processing Loan-Level Price Adjustments (LLPA)
- Executing through the TBA market as necessary.
- Providing reports as required by CHFA’s bond resolution, homeownership and DAP program documents.
