Government Authority located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for insurance consulting and broker services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance consulting and broker services to the government authority located in Rocky Hill, CT.
- Fixed Annual Fee Services: including but not limited to
- Base Fixed Fee Services:
- Prepare marketing specifications, and/or negotiate renewals of insurance policies or new insurance policies not currently purchased, as needed for all coverage required or desired,
- Evaluate insurance provisions in bids or negotiated proposals for consideration,
- Provide written budget estimates and premium allocations broken down by coverage line and location,
- Any other related insurance and/or broker services,
- Additional Loss-Control Fixed Fee Services:
- Provide technical services personnel to work, as needed, in developing and reviewing loss control programs,
- Review loss experience reports from insurers, identify trends and make recommendations to for controlling claim costs,
- Provide 50 hours per year of loss control (property/life safety) to use as desired,
- Additional Claims-Management Fixed Fee Services:
- Provide claims management services, including consultation to regarding claims handling by carriers or Third Party Administrator (“TPA”), and audit such claims handling.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
