[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide licensed environmental professional service for site assessments to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.
- Review past environmental reports and other relevant documents
- Meet with city staff to discuss status of plans for the property
- Develop a concept plan for the assessment work
- Prepare a quality assurance project plan (QAPP) for submission to EPA
- Conduct phase III supplemental activities
- Conduct additional testing as required
- Draft phase III supplemental report
- Draft initial remedial action plan
(2) A pre-RFP meeting will be held on August 28, 2020.
(3) Contract term will be one year.
