Vendor needs to provide new library collection development, processing, delivery, and shelving services to the government authority located in Westport, CT.
- Collection must include a diverse selection of authors as well as alignment to district curriculum
- Collection should fit within the new shelving units and within identified sections (architectural maps will be provided to winning bidder)
- Collection should contain multiple copies of popular books based on circulation data from previous years at the middle school and more recent data circulation data from the other middle school in the district
- Electronic files of all mark records in format that can be seamlessly imported into the school’s existing destiny library management system
- Collection development process should include opportunity for district staff input.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
