[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy and will administer, coordinate and oversee the planning process. A Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy is a “locally-based, regionally-driven economic development planning process.” Furthermore, the CEDS “serves as a means to engage community leaders, leverage the involvement of the private sector, and establish a strategic blueprint for regional collaboration.” (United States Economic Development Administration). Metro COG will foster inter-agency cooperation between local governments, local and regional chambers of commerce, industry and business leaders, state and federal agencies, residents and other stakeholders to ensure that a coordinated and efficient Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy is developed.

• Workforce Development Programs
• Land Use/Zoning Analysis
• Market/Economic Analysis

• Coordination on-going strategies with medium and long-term recovery strategies for COVID-19 impacts to the regional economy.
- The firm be required to develop an Action Plan that specifies commercial and industrial opportunities, identifies immediate, short and long terms goals, marketing, financing mechanisms, implementation schedule and performance measures.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
