[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide processing and marketing of all single stream recyclables and selected other source-separated recyclables.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2016.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on August 18, 2016.
