[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide auditing services for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2020, 2021 and 2022 to the government authority located in Niantic, CT.
- These audits are to be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards, the standards set forth for financial audits in the General Accounting Office’s (GAO) Government Auditing standards, the provisions of the federal Single Audit Act and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133, Audit of States, Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations, as well as requirements of the Office of Policy and Management of the State of Connecticut concerning municipal audits, requirements of the Board of Education of the State of Connecticut and such other requirements as shall be promulgated by various oversight agencies.
- The Town of East Lyme provides a full range of municipal services including police and fire protection, public works, parks and recreation, health and human services and water pollution control. All funds are under the administrative control of the Director of Finance and the Board of Education.
