[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water audit detection survey of the volume of water entering a system and the volume that leaves the system for authorized uses and also providing services for a leak detection survey is a physical evaluation of a water system to identify specific leaks to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
- Gathering information
- Determining flows into and out of the distribution system based on estimates or metering.
- Calculating the performance indicators.
- Assessing where water losses appear to be occurring based on available metering and estimates.
- Analyzing data gaps.
- Considering options and making economic and benefit comparisons of potential actions.
- Selecting the appropriate interventions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2020.
(3) A mandatory information session will be held on July 27, 2020.
