[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide part-time temporary personnel to various city departments, skilled in various receptionist office support, specifically strong customer service and data entry and indoor/outdoor work crews to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.
- Bilingual English/Spanish capacity also welcomed.
(1) Temporary Receptionist – The duties to be performed shall include but are not limited to: greeting visitors and City personnel, routing telephone calls and taking messages; performing daily data terminal entry on Excel for Windows, filing, copying, maintaining files; placing telephone calls for the office staff; open, sort, stamp and log and distribute mail; and typing letter, correspondence, memoranda and other documents on Word for Windows as needed.
(2) Work Crews Our departmental staffing needs continue to fluctuate throughout the year due to unexpected/sudden position vacancies, work related employee injuries, FMLA, and other leaves that often leave the department with a shortage of staff. This is a request to formally post a blanket RFP for a local (New Haven) temporary staffing agency to provide local (New Haven) temporary workers (3) Living Wage – The agreement as a result of this RFP requires that all temporary workers be paid the living wage.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
