Vendor needs to provide fall 2020 programs to the government authority located in Avon, CT.
- PLAN FOR OPERATING DURING COVID-19 - CONTRACTORS
The Town of Avon wilt not be sanitizing our facilities immediately prior to your class or immediately after your class. Be mindful of frequently touched services such as door handles. You should be prepared to clean and disinfect high touch areas for your class/program. This can be done with alcohol wipes or spray disinfectant.
We recommend that all staff and participants be observed for any illness, including cough or respiratory distress.
Participants must be able to maintain a social distance of 6 feet from others at all times. This may mean limiting your class maximums in order to comply.
If your program utilizes shared equipment or supplies, participants should hand wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds after using, If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer. If your program is for children, shared equipment should be kept to a minimum, or the children should wash with soap and water before and after.
Have hand sanitizer readily available (supplied by contractor)
If a participant, instructor and/or helper who has been present in the program is diagnosed with COVID-19, the instructor must notify the Recreation Department of the exposure and we will notify participants of the program about the exposure.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
