[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide reappraisal and revaluation services to the government authority located in Wolcott, CT.
- All taxable real estate, land, buildings, and improvements
- All tax-exempt real estate, land, buildings, and improvements
- All public utility and buildings
- This includes plotting assessed to sales ratios on the maps both before and after the revaluation, making mass database changes to individual data items as deemed necessary by the sales analysis,
delineating neighbourhoods using the mapping data and using the GIS information to route the field review effort
- The GIS data must be utilized for in depth quality control of the final data and should be used to depict an old to new value change representation once final values have been established
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 23, 2020.
