[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing and advertising services include strategy development, creative content, project management, campaign execution, and analytics and reporting.
- Eastern has a robust and broad-based social media presence, including official university accounts and many department level Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts
- That includes a few targeted campaigns managed by an outside firm; occasional paid Facebook and Instagram advertising managed internally; and annual Spotify and Pandora buys
- Paid Search
- Online display ads
- Digital Radio and Streaming Music (Spotify, Pandora, You Tube)
- Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Digital platforms of traditional media
- Google Search
- Mobile
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 21, 2020.
