[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional advertising, marketing, public relations, media planning and placement and further website development and maintenance and overall communication strategy for now platform.
- Maintain the current website to include enhancements and modifications as deemed necessary through working with the site host,
- Provide site log reports to help measure and understand visitor behaviour in order to improve website performance and availability; including, but not limited to:
- Web traffic analysis, Path analysis, Visitor trends and Page views, etc.
- Create news content and graphics/photography (2x month or more),
- Garner new business participation and provide technical assistance as needed,
- Business outreach/updates via email (weekly),
- Content: Google Alerts, businesses’ newsletter sign-ups, outreach via email follow social platforms, maintain photography and graphics portfolios, Norwalk Now announcements and event promotions, contests,
- Facebook (8-12 posts/week), Instagram (daily), Instagram Stories (7-14/week), Twitter (3-7/week),
- Video production all graphics and video editing to be included. Update Norwalk Now YouTube page and repost/refresh,
- Photography – On-going photo shoots for organic photography,
- Videos – on-going topical promotions and messaging. Post to social and YouTube Channel,
- Graphics, promotion, photo/video capture, post event exposure,
- Media and social media outreach, events/visits, media resource, media tracker/coverage book program and analytics, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
