[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide customer relations management software to manage the student experience from prospect/recruiting through application, enrolment, graduation and alumni. It is anticipated this system will improve:
- Communication with prospective students,
- Contact management with students and external partners,
- Student application and enrolment,
- Evaluation of marketing efforts,
- Student conversion and ongoing contact,
- Be a SAAS Solution that allows users access via both desktop and mobile devices.(e.g,IOS/Android, Windows/Mac Desktop) and be browser agnostic,
- Provide robust reporting tools allowing for both standard reports and ad hoc reporting,
- Proposed solution is to have a simple and intuitive user interface allowing the user to create, edit or search contacts and contact interactions,
- Track multi-channel customer interactions including face-to-face meetings, web, email, phone, etc.
- Proposed solution is to allow prospects to complete program enrolment application for desired program and report back application progress to prospective student,
- Student should be able to create account to enable ability to leave and return to application at any point in application process,
- Solution should create workflows and generate reports to allow enrolment staff to identify student application status at every step of the process, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
