[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide answering service to answer after hour phone calls, take messages and forward the information along to the on-call technician and supervisor on each night,
- Services are needed to cover non-working hours, weekends and holidays as well as a rare but possible all staff meeting and trainings with advance notice,
- They will need to screen the call and determine which on-call service person to dispatch the call to with some prompted questions,
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
