[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide topographic survey services is to update existing conditions in the area proposed for an expansion of the building, relocation of parking, and other site improvements,
- The circulation and parking layout will be altered and, in some cases, reconstructed to accommodate the addition and population increase,
- Provide a limited topographic survey for the purpose of design and permitting of this expansion and site improvements,
- Survey proposal is to include a budget for locating and mapping below-ground utilities not located in a visible survey,
- Field survey 20 feet beyond areas indicated on attached sketch,
- Extent of boundary, easement and rights-of-way in subject area,
- Existing building, wall, fences, utilities, mapped underground utilities, pavement, and other site improvements,
- Storm drainage including tops of frame, invert elevations and pipe sizes, roadway culverts, swales, etc. and benchmarks and survey control points, etc. to the government authority located in Hamden, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 9, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
