[A] Budget: looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Point of Sale, Inventory and Production Software Firms, experienced in servicing public school districts, to perform all services associated with Point of sale, Inventory and Production Software.
- Such services include: Point of Sale Software, Inventory control software, production records, ordering, nutrient analysis, menu planning, maintaining staff schedules and timesheets as well as support for all software modules,
- All software modules must be browser based (including parent portal),
- Software solution must be 100% cloud based and hosted by vendor in a secured location, there must be multiple cloud storage locations for redundancy,
- Solution must be available on any device with access to the internet and must allow for an offline mode for when network connectivity is temporarily unavailable,
- Solution must provide electronic direct certification that accepts data in any common file format, with any field order,
- System must allow for a full audit log of all activity and changes within all modules that allows for system administrators to audit as needed, minimally, user, date, time and task should be available,
- System must ensure that only one reimbursable meal is served per student, per serving period, per day (across all Point of Sale lines),
- System must be able to have a printable roster by site, grade, etc. for in the event of power outage, etc.,
- System is able to create adult/ teacher accounts for use on Point of Sale Terminal, etc.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
