(1) Vendor needs to provide the alternative education program with intensive competency based training to staff, expertise in transition into competency based education implementation and ongoing consulting for full transition of competency based education,
- A long term strategy plan for transition into, training of, and implementation of competency based education,
- Experience in providing competency based education training and consulting within an urban school district,
- Distance learning training if necessary to stay within the timeline, etc. to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 8, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
