[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide third party code reviewer services.
a. Workmen's Compensation and
b. Bodily Injury complete operations and Contractor's Protective Bodily Injury Insurance
c. Bodily Injury Insurance coveting the operation of all motor vehicles owned by the Contractor,
d. Personal cover claims for personal injury and including claims brought by employees
e. Property Damage Insurance covering the operation of all motor vehicles owned by the Contractor
f. Insurance to cover bodily injures and property damage resulting from the use of motor vehicles not owned by the Contractor,
g. Contractual Liability Insurance covering the liability assumed by the Contractor
h. Owner's Protective Liability and Property Damage Insurance to protect the Clty and any Engineer against claims for Property damage and for bodily injuries, including accidental death, caused by the operations of the Contractor
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 21, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
