[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide professional services of design and preparation of construction to the government authority located in Bristol, CT.
- Perform a preliminary investigation and prepare a preliminary engineering report outlining
engineering alternatives and recommendations to reconstruct Wolcott Street.
- Perform all investigative and survey work necessary to establish existing conditions and to prepare
complete construction plans include field location of all utilities, and supplementation with available utility map information.
- Prepare a project schedule for formalization of scope and construction costs for all work, completion of all work tasks, reviews, permits and approvals including time allowance for review and approval activities.
- Prepare preliminary and final cost estimates. Please note that the City of Bristol is subject to
prevailing wage requirements.
- Prepare all Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, notices, special provisions and
detailed unit price bid proposal.
- Prepare complete construction plans, including, but not limited to, plan and profile views, cross
sections, detour plans, road side barriers, typical details and detailed estimate sheet.
- Prepare property mapping for all partial and total property and easement acquisitions required for the project.
- Prepare all required permit applications and required documentation and attend meetings as
required to obtain said permits.
- Provide finished drawings and specifications to the City for bidding by the Purchasing Agent; it is
expected that your firm will be available for assistance in the bidding process.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
