[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide housing plan consultant services to the government authority located in Stratford, CT.
- Review and analyze data relative to the Stratford’s housing market and examine land use policies, demographic patterns and other subjects pertinent to this effort.
- Review existing plans and studies that relate to the development of new housing as well as access to housing and other housing related issues
- Working with the Stratford Housing Partnership, develop and implement a public engagement strategy to help identify housing goals, frame issues as well as evaluate solutions and/or strategies.
- Prepare a report detailing findings and recommendations as well as an actionable implementation plan that identifies and prioritizes specific actions to be undertaken to address any potential obstacles.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 12, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
