[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide grants management system.
- Search online databases for grant opportunities, including grants.gov
- Receive notifications of grants that meet saved criteria
- Assign FAIN or another identifier to each project
- Ability to enter key award information (award amount, start and end dates)
- Ability to enter budget data and modify as needed throughout project period
- Ability to assign tasks to appropriate staff
- Track staff time
- Create and track performance goals
- Manage all project components, including tasks, deadlines and communications
- Upload and associate contracts, invoices, payment records and other relevant documents to specific grant projects
- Ability to send agreement to external agency party for signature
- Ability to execute a contract electronically
- Ability to track status of outstanding agreements
- Customize workflows according to project requirements
- Calendar to track deadlines, tasks and assignments
- Ability to set schedule of deliverable due dates (quarterly, annual, custom)
- Ability to send reminders of when deliverables are due
- Ability to create online progress report forms
- Track cash receipts
- Ability to interface with the general ledger for recording
- Access full grant data to create standard and custom reports
- Output reports to PDF, Excel and Word
- Ability to track subrecipients' expenses and reporting
- Ability to search within system for a particular set of data or documents
- Compatible with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari
- Ability to store and retrieve large attachments including PDF, DOC XLS and JPEG
- Capacity for unlimited concurrent users
- Security features to manage user access levels
- Ability to fully export all data and all attached files on request
- Ability to migrate legacy data from existing databases
- Ability to migrate legacy data from spreadsheets and documents
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 16, 2020

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
