[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web hosting service and communication platform using content management system must be compatible with mobile, social media for to better connect schools with families in order to increase parental engagement and communication,
- Looking for new website, mobile and web app that provides a one-stop solution for teachers and administrators to effectively communicate with parents,
- The communication tool should collapse multiple tools into one platform and replace the tools that are currently being used to communicate with families, it should be easy to use, there should be language translation support services for phone and web platforms,
- Web hosting service and design,
- Provides a unified user experience at district, school and other functional area websites through district-controlled navigation, branding and layout standards,
- Downloadable mobile app that supports and works seamlessly with CMS; can be branded for our district and allows publishing content to website from smartphone,
- Responsive web design to accommodate a wide range of devices across multiple platforms and remains mobile friendly,
- Ability to quickly roll out functional area web pages with pre-designed layouts that can be easily personalized by responsible user,
- Ability to easily create and publish custom databases, such as staff directories, book lists and athletic schedules,
- Content controls that allow editors to review and approve any content before it is published,
- Provides seamless navigation throughout district family of websites from the district home page to school sites, and functional area websites,
- Ability to upload any video format and enable playback on any device without plugins,
- Mobile app and web portal that can interact with multiple devices,
- Ability to connect all district accounts and share on social media networks,
- Google calendar integration,
- Ability to enable safe social media functionality on virtually any aspect of any web page in order to increase communication participation,
- Ability to share logistics and routine notices with parents, staff and custom groups and individuals in a friendly, powerful manner with Smart Alerts,
- Provide a strong communications engine for pushing targeted messages via email to subscribers,
- Ability to communicate frequently and effectively with two-way group messaging and private conversations responsive to families’ linguistic preferences,
- Ability to search for content,
- Ability to communicate with parents anytime and anyplace- as a district or a school,
- Ability to create, publish, and send urgent/mass alerts and notifications via phone, email, text, push notifications, website,
- Two-way language translation of messages. (database of various languages reflective of district),
- Instant direct messaging (teacher-parent messaging).
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 28, 2020.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
