[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide administration and management of the Unemployment Compensation claims filed by employees of the State and certain quasi-public agencies, counselling and representing such entities at all administrative hearings involving such claims, and providing employment, income and wage verification services in response to requests for information and audits by the state department of labor, social security and other governmental entities.
- The vendor selected will provide counselling to State agencies in fulfilling their responsibilities with
regard to such claims, represent the State at all administrative hearings involving such claims, and assist with providing employment, income and wage verification services in connection with inquiries from the State Labor Department and other governmental agencies.

(2) All question must be submitted no later than February 27, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
