[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to assist the city in managing pension and retirement benefit funds held for the benefit of its employees to the government authority located in Stamford, CT.
- Investment advisory services will include development investment policy, objectives and guidelines, quarterly reporting of asset valuation, transactions, and asset allocation including comparisons to performance benchmarks, investment manager search, development of investment manager performance standards/guidelines, general consulting services as requested by the plan(s), these might include the search and selection of an administrative/banking custodian, assist in fund diversification, work with outside actuary and work with administrative/banking custodian.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than March 5, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
