[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, advertising, media buying, public relations and website maintenance and development services include planning, development and production of a comprehensive marketing program, advertising, public relations, media buying, web site hosting and maintenance or development, branding, graphic design, social media, special event planning or coordination, video production and mobile app development.
- Contribute to and advise client on the development and implementation of marketing plans, including marketing communications, advertising, strategy and account planning, and research,
- Develop marketing and multi-phase campaigns (conception, creative design, copywriting, graphical design and resizing and final mechanicals) based on previously defined marketing programs and projects,
- Provide creative consulting,
- As requested by client, create, prepare, and submit for client approval, marketing communications plans, marketing communications and advertising concepts, rough layouts, rough storyboards, paste-ups, mechanicals, etc. and plans for development and execution,
- Development of multi-media campaigns: planning, identify goals, establish key statements, determine tactics and timeliness and communications planning,
- Provide market analysis or effectiveness measures or outcome studies,
- Develop and execute multi-media advertising plan which includes Television, Radio, Digital, Print/Billboard, Social Media, Mobile App, Video Production, Graphic Design,
- Media plan development, refinements and amendments, as needed throughout the course of the fiscal year,
- Media planning will include the use of all media vehicles as needed based on strategic direction (network TV, cable TV, radio, consumer print, trade print, outdoor, social media etc.),
- Serve as a strategic resource that identifies trends, makes recommendations and provides information that will allow CAA to make informed decisions resulting in positive outcomes,
- Recommended media vehicles with associated details including impressions, flights placements, creative units, rates and cost and deal terms include cancellations, etc.,
- Media plan development, refinements and amendments, as needed throughout the course of the fiscal year,
- Maintain and improve the existing websites for the CAA and BDL incorporating new and innovative strategies to keep the public informed of the dynamic environment at BDL and five GA airports.
- Demonstrate an integrated marketing approach to marrying innovative ideas through the Bradley, CAA and GA web sites, mobile web sites and apps; and website hosting, development and execution.
- Serve as a strategic resource that identifies trends, makes recommendations and provides information that will allow CAA to make informed decisions resulting in positive outcomes.
- Provide coding and security updates, performance and application testing, ADA compliance, testing and quality assurance, SEO implementation.
- Use Google Analytics and industry benchmarks and research to provide best user experience.
- Provide 24/7 on call services when afterhours support/services are needed.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 19,2020.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than February 26, 2020

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
