(1) Vendor needs to provide service platform supporting small business health options program, stand-alone dental plans including the Platform to have defined capabilities within three core components: (1) enrollment and eligibility management; (2) administrative and strategic services; (3) and technology enablement.
- Providing a comprehensive, integrated platform for eligibility and enrollment management, financial management, administration, customer support services, and full suite analytics.
- Providing the ability to interface with existing technology platforms across Carriers, Providers, and applicable Exchange vendors.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 21, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
