[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide surveillance camera system to the government authority located in Torrington, CT.
- The Proposer shall keep Police personnel informed as to the status of the project and provide a
timeline when project to be completed.
- All work must be completed in a timely fashion, informing city personnel of status of project.
- The new equipment to be delivered and installed to its proper locations by the Proposer without
additional cost or expense to the city.
- A formal project plan must be submitted upon selection of the proposer at no additional cost to the city.
- The proposer shall provide all necessary electrical connections required for cameras and any other
necessary electrical connection required to operate or power the camera system and is expected to
utilize the existing infrastructure in place where possible.
- Location and set-up of cameras will be determined between the city and awarded contractor.
- The proposer must provide train the trainer training for officers for the proper operation of the
camera recognition systems. The sufficiency will be determined by the city.
- Training is completed when users have reached proficiency that can be demonstrated.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 7, 2020
(3) A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on February 3, 2020
