[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide golf management and reservation system for providing a sophisticated online booking engine integrated with an enterprise level customer relationship management system.
- Fully cloud based mobile program avoidance of relying on wired or server-based systems without the responsibility of paying for damaged hardware
- Integrated web-based tee time reservations, point-of-sale, marketing, customer database and merchandise inventory modules
- Point-of-Sale system which must be compatible with the town accounting system, and interface with retail, food, and other third-party software, such as gift card programs, and driving range operations.
- Hosted website component integrated with tee sheet that is seamlessly compatible with mobile devices
- Customer Relationship Management and Integrated Sales and Marketing Solution:
- Assist in automating management tactics for all current and future customer interactions and communication
- Provide the ability to seamlessly customize and tailor communications, programs, and promotional deals and specials to each customer
- Implement e-mail marketing solutions and social media management and integration modules
- Fully-Integrated Point of Sale with Secure Payment Processing and Inventory Management System:
- Process all financial transactions directly associated with the reservations and inventory management modules
- Accept all forms of payment, including gift cards, integrating with the appropriate modules
- Have e-commerce ability for retail sales, membership sales, gift card sales, reservations fees, and administration, etc.
- Provide a robust reporting structure to efficiently and effectively analyze sales transactions by any criteria.
- Integrate with the town accounting system and provide sophisticated cash and daily audit controls.
- Automatically adjust inventories on-hand and in real-time via point of sale transactions.
- Print bar codes and other useful tools to help speed up the check-out process and effectively control inventory
- The administrative capabilities of the operations software system should be robust, with real-time, customizable reporting capabilities, management dashboards and tools to assist the town in managing and controlling operations and maximizing revenue
- The administrative capabilities of the operations software system should help the town with budgeting and planning, leveraging historic financial, operational results, metrics and tracking capital expenditures and fixed asset inventories.
(2) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
