[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide opioid overdose response services to the government authority located in Waterbury, CT.
- Respond to approximately 300 calls for assistance annually for opiate overdose
- Deliver opioid overdose victims to hospital emergency departments and have identified that there is a gap in data regarding the disposition of opioid overdose victims following discharge from hospital emergency departments.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2020.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
