Government Authority located in Storrs, Connecticut; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for northeast dormitories security camera system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Interior and exterior fixed dome cameras. Provide switch panels, routers, patch panels, and licenses provide cat. 6 cable, including termination, testing, and labeling. Provide core drilling, cutting, patching, and conduit for camera installation. Install and configure security cameras, located at each exterior entrance or exit (including loading docks) of residential buildings and associated dining halls, for the purpose of enhanced situational awareness and activity capture of foot traffic into and out of the project buildings. Cameras are intended to capture detailed images and activity at each entry/exit point. Exterior camera locations are preferred when that configuration can meet the intent, however, interior cameras may be substituted in areas that are not suited to an exterior installation to the government authority located in Storrs, CT.
(2) Vendor pre-bid conference will be held on January 15, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
