(1) Vendor needs to provide Financial Advisory Services for Bond Sale to provide advice for future bond issuance, to review, analyze and recommend appropriate strategies that meet the City’s financial objectives, budgetary goals and debt management standards to the government authority located in Norwalk, CT.
