[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide printing services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
- provides a full range of it services to its sponsoring organizations, ranging from help desk and pc support to telephony, data networking, enterprise applications and user training
- sites are connected to the network via ten and 40 gigabit ethernet over dark fiber, with a number of very small sites served by broadband.
(2) The term of the contract will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
