[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telecommunications services (digital subscriber links (DSL), data, broadband, high speed internet access, internet protocol (IP) telephony, session initiation protocol (sip) trunking, hosted and/or managed voice over internet protocol (VOIP) services, data transformation systems (DTS), new solutions for telecommunications technology, landline, fiber and/or wireless transport for first mile-last mile etc.) for Federal Agencies to the government authority located in Connecticut.
- Geographic Scope: The Government reserves the right to expand the geographical coverage beyond the coverage area originally identified in this contract (e.g., adding another site outside of the original RLSA coverage area). The impact of such geographical expansion to the contract, within the CT area, will be negotiated with the contractor on a case to case basis.
- Current Service Platform: - The voice service (traditional Time Division Multiplexed, TDM, services) Centrex, Centrex-like, Analog Business services and Digital services offered shall be compatible, and work with existing Government Equipment, and not require the purchase or leasing of new station or end user equipment (Analog or Digital). The service offered shall utilize advanced technology to provide: Moves, Adds and Changes; the highest level of reliability; uninterrupted 24 hours a day/7 day a week service, except for scheduled downtime; allow for new and expanding services. The following minimum capabilities, functions and features shall be furnished for all analog and digital services proposed.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 9, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
