[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cyber security risk assessment services in accordance with NIST standards and various federal regulation. The goal of the project is to identify all devices that process, store or transmit PHI and complete the mandatory risk assessment for all relevant technology devices to the government authority located in Farmington, CT.
- Provide qualifications and industry recognized credentials of the information security professionals who will be performing the risk assessment including the number of risk assessment performed for covered entities and business associates,
- Risk analysis solution or methodology must address all of the elements outline in the HHS or OCR guidance on risk analysis requirement under the HIPAA security rule,
- Risk analysis solution or methodology must meet the requirement of the OCR audit protocol on risk analysis,
- Risk analysis solution or methodology must ensure that all relevant threat sources and agents that may exploit vulnerabilities are considered for each asset or media type as required by NIST,
- Penetration testing-internal or external networks,
- Vulnerability assessment,
- Internet vulnerability test,
- Internet, extranet and internet applications,
- Server and data storage,
- wireless networks including secure and guest WIFI access points.
(2) A mandatory pre-bidding meeting will be held on November 15,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 19, 2019.
