[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services on an as-needed basis including Review relevant materials to analyze certain real estate transactions (“transactions”) currently in process or contemplated by das and provide recommendations on aspects of the transactions, consult and advise on large projects involving relocation and streamlining of state offices and employees under the authority of das to maximize efficiency and minimize workflow interruptions, evaluate due diligence materials as requested for specific transactions and make recommendation on next steps, additional testing, conduct independent cost benefit analysis of certain transactions and/or proposed transactions as requested by das, provide additional brokerage and advisory services to das on an “as-needed” basis during the term of the agreement as determined by das, review and advise das regarding project budget, review purchase and sale agreements and assist in purchase negotiations as necessary/applicable, provide comprehensive reports with recommendations to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.
(2) A proposers’ conference scheduled for November 1, 2019.
(3) All question had been submitted no later than November 9, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
